It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our lead pastor, brother, and friend.   Jesus welcomed Peter into eternity with Him on August 15th, 2021.
We can only imagine that glorious moment when he stepped from here into that eternity.  Jesus, no doubt, opened his arms wide and said proudly, “Well done, my Son.  Well done.”
The cry of Peter’s heart for us as a church body and for each of us as individuals was that we would step into our inheritance in Christ.
Peter did that so well here on Earth and now he is with his Savior, enjoying his full inheritance.
What an incredible thought!
Peter has left a tremendous legacy.  Each of us benefited from his wisdom, experience, and love.

He encouraged us not to just know about God, but to know God. He believed we were created for partnership with God.
He and Teresa have poured out their lives for Him and we are so grateful for the generosity of love, kindness, compassion, and encouragement that came to us as an overflow of their partnership with Him.

Though we grieve this great loss deeply, we do not grieve as those who have no hope.

We have a certain Hope. His name is Jesus.

As a church family we will take time to mourn, grieve our loss and seek God together for the way forward.

As a team, Teresa and the elders, will continue to lead the Lifeconnection church family for this season, with the guidance  and support from
Pastors Louis & Edna Els (from the Freedomhill International Cluster within Church of the Nations International).

We are tremendously grateful for the love and support from church leaders within the Church of the Nations family and other church leaders in our city.

Lifeconnection is part of the family of Church of the Nations International (COTN).

This is a family of churches that do kingdom life together, knit together by strong and growing relationships to see His kingdom come!
Freedomhill is a strong, kingdom apostolic family of churches.  It is a vibrant, exciting and growing cluster of churches that are seeing God's kingdom come through the church to the various mountains of society!

Lifeconnection is lead by Peter and Teresa Webber who are submitted and accountable to their apostolic oversight.

Locally the oversight of the church and the governance of the church lies within a plurality of biblical elders who are qualified and capable leaders who have been set aside and function as a team.  This team will continue to emerge and is strengthened and supported by wider COTN leaders and our apostolic oversight.
